The foil is profiled onto the window and then fixed into position
Llumar window tinting foil has 7 different shades you can choose from (ranging from 5% to 85% light transmittance). At iWrap, we mainly use 5%, 20%, 35% and 50%.
According to Irish law, the visible light transmittance of the front windows must be above 65%, so only lighter tinting foils can be used.
Window tinting takes about 4 hours, however you should call us to book a time beforehand
In 95% of cases, taking out the windows isn’t necessary. Only in certain models the window and upholstering will have to be taken out.
For the next 7 days after installation, please do not lower or heat the windows.
